Frequently asked questions
- What do I get?
- You get one .xlsx workbook with these tabs: Instructions, Orders, Summary. It comes empty, ready for your own orders; set the tracker year on the Summary tab.
- Does it look up platform fees?
- No. Fees and costs are the amounts you type in; the workbook doesn't look up any platform's fees.
- Can it import my orders automatically?
- No. You type each order's totals into the Orders tab.
- Does it work in Google Sheets?
- It is a standard .xlsx workbook. We have not checked it in Google Sheets, so we cannot promise every formula behaves the same there.
- What if I need a refund?
- This is an instant download, so we don't offer refunds for a change of mind. If the file won't open or doesn't match its description, message us on Etsy and we'll fix it or refund you in full.
