How to get in touch

Find your order under Purchases and reviews on Etsy and contact the shop from there, or message us from any of our Etsy listings. Please include the product name and a short description of your question.

Common questions

• Where is my file? Once Etsy confirms your payment, your files are ready to download from your purchase on Etsy.
• Does it work in Google Sheets? Our spreadsheets are standard .xlsx workbooks with no macros or add-ins. We have not checked them in Google Sheets, so we cannot promise every formula behaves the same there.
• Can I get a refund? Our products are instant downloads, so we don't offer refunds for a change of mind. If a file won't open or doesn't match its description, message us on Etsy and we'll fix it or refund you in full: see our Refund Policy.
