Refund Policy

Instant downloads

Every Tenny product is an instant digital download, so we don't offer refunds for a change of mind.

If a file has a problem

If a file does not open, or does not match its description, message us on Etsy and we will fix it or refund you in full. There is nothing to send back.

How to ask

Message the shop on Etsy about your order and include the product name. Refunds are made through Etsy to the way you paid; how long they take to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
